Is my requested quantity the minimum order?
Your quantity is an estimate for the quote. Ask for the minimum order for each style, size and finish you need.
What should I confirm about materials?
Check which parts a material description covers. A silver setting alone does not establish the metal of an entire earring. Ask about the base metal, finish, stone and any required specifications.
How do I check availability and timing?
Include your destination and desired delivery date. Request current availability, lead time and, if needed, sample terms for the specific style.
